Website Terms and Conditions
malriffaie.com | Alriffaie Consultancy | CR 133228-1
DRAFT FOR MANAGEMENT AND LEGAL APPROVAL | Prepared 1 November 2026 | Not effective or authorised for publication until approved.
1. Website operator and contact
This website is operated by ALRIFFAIE CONSULTANCY, an individual establishment registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration 133228-1. Registered address: Flat 43, Building 148G, Road 4104, Block 941, Riffa / Al Buhair, Kingdom of Bahrain. Contact: info@malriffaie.com. Website: https://malriffaie.com/.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern visits to this website and transactions in which Alriffaie Consultancy is identified as the service provider or merchant of record. The site may also display goods or services from other separately registered and licensed companies. For those offers, the product or service page and checkout must identify the actual licensed provider; that provider’s approved transaction terms and agreement apply to its supply. Displaying a related company on the site does not make all companies the same legal entity.
A separately signed contract, accepted quotation or clearly disclosed service-specific terms will prevail where they expressly address a particular engagement and do not conflict with mandatory law. These website terms do not authorise activities requiring additional licences.
3. Descriptions, deliverables and service scope
Each service page should tell you who provides the service, what is included and excluded, the price and any applicable taxes, the expected booking or delivery process, and any essential requirements. Examples may include business consultations, feasibility studies, human resources documentation, marketing strategy and business agreements. Actual scope, deliverables, meeting arrangements, revision rounds and schedules are as expressly confirmed in the order, proposal or signed agreement.
Professional services involve analysis and judgement. Unless specifically committed in writing, the purchase of a service is not a promise of a particular commercial, financing, investment, sales or regulatory outcome.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order, form or booking request does not by itself guarantee an appointment or acceptance of custom work. We will confirm the applicable order or booking and communicate any information necessary to begin delivery. If an item is unavailable, cannot lawfully be supplied or is listed with an obvious error, we will contact you with a correction or appropriate cancellation/refund option before proceeding. We will not substitute material terms without your agreement.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices appear in Bahraini dinars (BHD). The website or checkout should separately identify value added tax (VAT) where applicable, the final total payable, and the actual legal seller. Online payments are processed through the available secure payment service. If an agreed amount is payable by instalments or milestones, the confirmed order or written contract will specify the schedule. After a successful payment, customers should receive an order acknowledgement and a suitable invoice or receipt.
6. Booking, rescheduling and client cooperation
Clients must provide reasonably accurate contact and project information and supply documents or approvals required for the agreed service. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Requests for cancellation or rescheduling are handled under our Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy and any clearly disclosed service-specific terms. Delays caused by missing client information may require a revised schedule; any additional charges must be communicated and agreed before they are incurred.
7. Consultations, customised work and third-party advice
Consultations and written deliverables are provided for the agreed commercial purpose based on information available at the time. Client decisions, statutory filings, licences and implementation remain subject to independent verification and applicable requirements. The website does not itself offer regulated legal representation, investment management or other regulated services unless the relevant provider has the required licence and a separate agreement is in place. Where legal or other licensed professional advice is needed, clients should consult an appropriately licensed professional.
8. Intellectual property and submitted materials
Customers retain their rights in materials they lawfully provide. Any assignment, commercial reuse rights, software rights, third-party licence or ownership of custom deliverables must follow the signed engagement terms. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, use of website content, branding, documents, methods or templates beyond personal review or the authorised business purpose requires permission. Customers must not provide information they do not have a right to disclose.
9. AI Concierge and automated information
The website may use an automated AI Concierge to present information, help select services and receive enquiries. Automated answers are informational and can be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not override a signed contract, approved quotation or Ministry decision, and they do not create a confirmed booking until the booking is acknowledged. Please avoid sharing passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in chat. Read the Privacy and Cookies Policy for information about processing chat and booking data.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Our separate Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy explains the process for appointments, customised projects, digital deliverables and subscriptions. Where a specific service has special conditions, they must be displayed before payment. Nothing in these documents excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of Bahrain.
11. Privacy and communications
Personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy and applicable law. The contact details supplied for an enquiry, booking or purchase may be used to respond, fulfil the order, provide service notices and meet legal obligations. Promotional communication requiring consent is handled separately.
12. Accuracy, availability and liability
We aim to keep descriptions and the website accurate and functioning, but website availability, third-party services and automated output may vary. Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and never removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a service is not delivered as agreed, please use the contact and complaints process below.
13. Complaints, changes and applicable law
Please send complaints to info@malriffaie.com with the order or invoice reference and a description of the issue so it can be investigated. We may update these website terms and will display the applicable version and effective date. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing confirmed agreement without a lawful basis or mutual agreement. The laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain apply, subject to any mandatory customer rights and agreed lawful dispute-resolution arrangements.
