There are three main methods of commission:

  1. Commission without a fixed salary. Usually, the commission here is large. For example, 15%, which is considered a commission for finding a job.
  2. Commission with a fixed salary, the salary here is very small, and it is enough to attend to work. Usually, the salary is half of the lowest possible one in the country, and the commission percentage range between 5% to 10%, depending on the percentage of the expected sales.
  3. A normal salary and a small commission for motivation, such as 1% or about 3%. This is required only in companies that have direct sales without the need for external marketers.
