This service is for Three (3) months’ period which includes the following;
Bookkeeping and Accounting:
Weekly performing of accounting tasks such as;
- Recording and posting of financial records of the client
- Recording and posting of Monthly Fixed expenses such as depreciation, prepayments, staff provision, rent, utilities and other expenses.
- Monthly reconciliation such as bank statements, cash, receivables and payables.
- Monthly closing of accounting book. Ensure that the closing balances are accurate as possible.
Income Statement Report:
- Preparation of Monthly Income statement includes total sales, cost of goods sold and operating expenses.
This service does not include the following;
- Prior periods checking/adjustment/correction if any.
- Preparation of Monthly Payrolls.
- Receiving of collections and doing payments to the Suppliers.
- Retaining of client’s cash on hand or petty cash.
Vat Return Filing.
